Another Witness Surfaces Against Naira Marley As Court Case Continues
Another EFCC witness has surfaced against Naira Marley as cyber fraud case against the Marlians president continues.
The witness Mr Agustine who was identified to be a forensic expert and a staff of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commissions, EFCCnarrated how he examined and analyzed the content of an iPhone 11 allegedly retrieved from Naira Marley.
Objecting to the tendering of the evidence by the EFCC before the court, counsel to Naira MarleyOlalekan Ojo argued that the EFCC’s document was not part of the documents front-loaded to the defense team and he was unaware of its contents.
It will be recalled that another forensic expert Nuru Buhari had earlier testified against Naira Marley, revealing that various stolen credit card information was retrieved from the musician’s laptop.
