This is the question that pops up in my mind when I came across a tweet where a Nigerian music lover declares that Davido‘s music career is nothing without Mayorkun and Peruzzi.

In past years, Peruzzi has been a major songwriter for Davido most especially, his sound was all over Davido’s “A Good Time” album.
Mayorkun on the other hand could have written a few songs for Davido too but then, Mayorkun‘s influence on Davido’s music career stems from back-to-back hit collaborations both artistes have recorded in past years.
In most of those collaborations, you will always notice Mayorkun’s handwriting in on Davido’s verse.
However, apart from these two, Davido has other people too in the music industry who has written songs for him and it’s also a known fact that he has recorded some major hits before meeting Mayorkun and Peruzzi.
But then, it is still not clear why many music lovers believe in this assertion that Davido’s music career will be nothing without Mayorkun and Peruzzi.
